If you are a high school or college student, a Reserve Officer Training Corps member or a member of the general public, begin by contacting the Health Care Recruiting Team at U.S. Army Recruiting Command. Information on each Army Medical Department corps (Dental, Medical, Medical Service, Medical Specialist, Nurse and Veterinary) and points of contact are provided there.

The Heath Care Recruiting Team is qualified to provide information about scholarship programs as well as information on how to enter Army medical occupations.

If you are currently in the Army (active or Reserve component), contact your local noncommissioned officer in charge of retention or see the Retention/Reenlistment section of this site.
